Is Group Consent suitable for my sports club?: If your club holds a list of members and their contact details in Excel or an online service, like Google Docs, then you should be obtaining consent from your members.
Do I need consent to share my Chess Club results online?: If your club publishes any personal information online, including names, contact information or photographs, then you need consent from your members.
My Fitness group only uses Facebook to share upcoming events, do I need consent for this?: If you only publish upcoming events without any personal information about your members then you might not need Group Consent. But if you publish photos or names of group members then you need to get consent from your members.
Some of the members of my group are under 18, how should I get consent for minors?: Group members under 18 require the consent to be provided by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians using Group Consent can complete consent forms on behalf of the children that they are legally responsible for.
